5th Jan - urghhh not well

I was 19st 10lbs this am, so thats a loss of .... 4lbs this year!
Weight 19st 10lbs / 276lbs ... BMI 43.2

Full of cold. Have been ill since start of December. Typing this with one snotty nostral and runny eye FYI ;)
